Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid worldwide and lasts 30 days. This means that you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging and include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health or personal care items are also non-returnable.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations. This includes items such as books with obvious signs of use, or media products like CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened. Partial refunds may also apply if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, as well as for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. After that, contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at faaithjournal@use.startmail.com


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by email.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the purchaser to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location. If you are returning an item valued at over 75 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
